Nicholas’ deep roots can be traced back to Marshall, Virginia, where his family has maintained a large farm since 1767. He takes immense pride in this legacy, particularly in his ancestors’ contributions to the legal field as judges and attorneys in the 1800s.

Continuing to maintain this historic farm, Nicholas remains an integral part of the Northern Virginia community, upholding the family tradition of commitment and service.
Nicholas Alcock, who spends time between Arizona and Virginia, is an esteemed attorney. He embodies a rich heritage blended with professional excellence. Raised in the East Valley, he attended Tempe High School and later graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His academic journey led him back to Arizona State University, where he earned both his law degree and a Master’s in Business Administration, making the Dean’s List for his outstanding academic achievements.

After being admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, and the United States District Court, Nicholas founded the Law Offices of Alcock and Associates, PC. His vision was to assemble a team of the finest attorneys and legal assistants, driven by a philosophy that excellence in law requires a blend of both professional and personal relationships.
